Mr. Bostad has long experience from managing various industry companies, as Board member of several companies and from management consulting. He has held the position as Managing Director of Hartmark and PA Consulting Group and a number of Management for Hire-assignments in both production and top management. In the period 1994-1997 he was Group Director in Kverneland Group with responsibility for 6 factories and 2.200 persons. Bostad has extensive experience from large projects and strategic and structural change processes. He has a BSc degree in Electronics Engineeering from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Stig Feyling
Mr. Feyling has a broad experience from different positions in Norwegian industry companies. He is now working as Management consultant and is a Board Director of several companies and organizations.. During the period 2006-January 2010 Feyling was President & CEO of Bjørge ASA, a listed Norwegian company, after being CFO of the same company from 2003. His experience also includes 6 years as CFO of Norferm DA and 10 years in different positions in Statoil. Feyling has a Master of Sc. Degree in Business administration and a Master degree in Management from BI (Norwegian School of Management), Oslo.
Egil Stokka
Mr. Stokka has been an investment professional with HitecVision since 2001. He joined HitecVision from the position of Corporate Advisor in Marine Shuttle Operations, an oil service technology company, where he worked for three years. Prior to that, he spent several years practicing law in the law firms Schjødt and Langangen & Engesæth. Stokka has mainly worked on financial and legal assignments within corporate finance, IPOs, project development and contracts. Stokka is qualified as a lawyer and also holds a Master of Science in Business degree ("Siviløkonom") from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
