Mr. Throndsen is General Manager of Westad Industri AS and also of Valco Group Norway where he is coordinating all the operational activities in Norway. Throndsen joined Westad 2001. Prior to that he worked in Management Consulting for various clients in Norway and abroad. He has also held different positions within sales and project management for ABB Norway. Throndsen holds a Master of Science degree from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), both in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a foundation program in business administration from the Norwegian School of Management. |

Mr. de Wolff joined the Valco Group as General Manager for the Valco Group France in January 2010. De Wolff has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hogere Technische School of Amsterdam the Netherlands.
