Valco Valves & Automation AS (former Technor Valves & Automation AS) is a result of the merger between Bennex AS (Valves and Automation) and ScanArmatur AS. The new company was formed on 1 January 2007, and draws upon more than 30 years of oil and gas industry experience.

VV&A's business concept is based on providing a wide specter of products and services in sales, maintenance and  repair of valves, actuators and control systems.

VV&A is located at Ågotnes, 30 km west of Bergen, Norway, a strategic location close to CCB offshore supply.
