Valco Group AS, the parent company in the Valco Group, is a limited company, registered in Sandnes, Norway. At Extraordinary General Meeting of Valco Group AS on 21st December 2009, the share capital was increased by NOK 100.8 million to NOK 100.9 Million, and NOK 324.4 million was added to the Company's share premium fund.
